Rippling is opening a Singapore office and we're looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to be one of the first people through the door. You won't inherit a playbook, you'll help write it. That means you'll need to bring your own structure, your own judgment, and the confidence to act on both.
This is a presales role - your scope spans the full breadth of Rippling's platform, HR, Payroll, and Global products, with particular depth in global payroll and compliance across the APAC region. You'll work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership in Singapore and across the region.
Rippling SCs drive value for customers and enable a best-in-industry buying experience. You'll have a direct hand in building out the Singapore SC function, influencing GTM strategy, and connecting what you see on the ground to how we build and sell.
