Position Overview:

This is a hybrid opportunity to work both in office and remotely.  Our firm offers unparalleled opportunities for growth and mentorship.  The position includes support from a welcoming team of attorneys and staff, premier technology and other tools for success.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys with drafting motions and discovery, meet and confer correspondence with opposing counsel, court appearances, client interaction, depositions, settlement negotiations, and preparation for trial.

Qualifications:

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions and/or discovery
• Innovative, proactive thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident, take-charge attitude with a good work ethic
• Ability to connect with and establish a good rapport with clients
• Good time management skills and an ability to prioritize and deliver results punctually
• Exceptional attention to detail, and strong legal writing and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and able to interact well with others
• Desire to join an unparalleled team of attorneys who deliver exceptional results to their clients
• Ability to reliably commute to/from office and to make in-person appearances as necessary

Compensation:

• Starting rate of $48.00/hr (W-2 Hourly, Non-Exempt)
