General Summary

Master-level Marketing Campaign Manager to architect, build, execute, and optimize a comprehensive demand-generation engine for Vyne Dental. Responsible for creating a high-quality marketing-sourced pipeline through multi-channel campaigns targeted at dental practices, billing teams, dental office managers, and DSOs. This role works closely with Sales and the Marketing Content Manager and Marketing Project Manager to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, qualification criteria, and funnel optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Strategy and Ownership
    • Develop and own Vyne Dental’s lead-generation strategy, including evaluating the ICP definition, determining the channel mix, and aligning monthly pipeline targets with revenue goals.
    • Design scalable, repeatable systems that attract qualified practices and DSOs into the funnel.
    • Build a performance model that forecasts lead volumes, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI by channel and provide regular reports.
    • Build and execute lifecycle marketing programs that improve onboarding, engagement, upsell, renewal, and advocacy.
  • Campaign Development & Execution
    • Plan and execute omni-channel demand campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, content syndication) and landing pages required to support every campaign.
    • Build automated nurturing motions to support lead development and create new sales opportunities based on customer expansion triggers.
    • Build outbound enablement motions to support Sales Development, including targeted lists, messaging sequences, and offer strategies.
    • Leverage behavioral and firmographic data to create hyper-targeted campaigns.
  • Pipeline Growth and Optimization
    • Own the marketing-to-sales funnel: Lead capture, scoring optimization, handoff, SLAs, and continuous optimization of conversion points.
    • Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, messaging, creative, and offers to maximize lead quality.
    • Partner with Internal Systems/Salesforce Team to ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and accurate reporting.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align lead quality, targeting, and feedback loops.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • High School/Technical Degree/Bachelors Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing for B2B SaaS or healthcare tech.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale pipeline through paid, organic, and outbound-centric channels, including:
    • Extensive email marketing and landing page management experience
    • Extensive digital advertising experience with Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok
    • Expert-level command of email marketing best practices and analytics
    • Extensive event marketing experience (trade shows, webinars, seminars, customer/group meetings)
    • High level of confidence with digital advertising experience (banner, social media, and Google’s Search and Display Networks)
    • Extensive content marketing experience and SEO best practices
    • Direct mail experience and command of best practices
    • Segment and cohort targeting best practices
    • Display advertising experience and command of best practices (digital and print)
    • Sound experience with SMS marketing and related regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated command of copywriting and storytelling skills, high-performing headlines, subject lines, CTA’s, etc.
  • Expert-level understanding of Pardot, Salesforce, or similar systems (email creation and send, campaign creation and tracking, automation, scoring, segmentation, attribution).
  • Strong analytical mindset; skilled at building funnel models, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Proven success partnering closely with sales teams to generate high-quality opportunities.
  • Preferred experience in dental, medical, or RCM software industries.
  • Preferred familiarity with marketing to dental practices, office managers, billing teams, and DSOs.
