We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted advisor and partner to operational leaders across two beautiful Assisted Living communities. In this highly visible role, you will help drive employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness while supporting a workforce dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for an aging population.

This position will on-site between our Assisted Living Communities in Ellicott City and Middle River, and our Corporate Office in Owings Mills.


What we need from you:

  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills including the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Ability to quickly establish positive rapport with internal clients and candidates
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use various HRIS and Learning Platforms.
  • Ability to understand regulations governing employment selection practices, and Healthcare Regulations.
  • Possesses internal motivation to work efficiently with little supervision
  • Demonstrated effective time management skills
  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate with associates at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions expeditiously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive associate information


Compensation: Based on experience from $65,000 - $75,000, with bonus eligibility.


What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or 1-3 years’ related experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facilities a plus
  • Certification as a Professional in Human Resources a plus
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle for multi-site coverage
