The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Inventory Associate to join our Supply Chain team in Salmon Arm. You’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that the right parts are in the right place at the right time. This is a hands-on role that supports our production, engineering, and logistics teams as we scale up robot shipments around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming parts and materials
• Pick and kit parts for production builds
• Support inventory cycle counts and full physical counts
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to resolve discrepancies and delays
• Prepare parts for outbound shipments, including packaging and labelling

• Inventory is accurate, traceable, and easy to access
• Production and R&D teams receive the right parts on time, every time
• Warehouse processes are efficient, documented, and continuously improving
• You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams
• You take ownership of your work and bring a positive, can-do attitude

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
• Comfort with technology-scanners, spreadsheets, and digital tools
• Team-first attitude and strong communication skills
