About the Role:

Ashley Cooper Construction is seeking a motivated and hands-on Foreman to join our growing team. Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, this role is well-suited to a junior or intermediate candidate looking to take the next step in their site career. You will play a key role in supervising and coordinating on-site activities, supporting program delivery, and upholding our high standards of safety and quality across our construction projects.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years' experience in the construction industry
• White Card and Open Driver's Licence
• Cert IV in Construction & Building Management (or working towards), or equivalent experience
• First Aid & CPR current
• Confident communicator with strong documentation skills
• Familiar with Procore and Microsoft Project (desirable)
• A team player who can also work autonomously and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the planning and sequencing of works, site layout, and materials handling
• Preparing 2-weekly look-ahead programs and providing regular status updates against the target program
• Completing ITPs through Procore and ensuring subcontractor works align with drawings and specifications
• Monitoring subcontractors for quality, safety and compliance
• Maintaining site documentation including records, registers, and reports
• Building positive relationships with subcontractors, the project team, and clients
