Sales Representative

Role: 

  • Acquires new clients and drives revenue growth through direct sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals.

Document to maintain :

  • Sales Pipeline: A constantly updated record of all prospects and their progress through the sales stages (e.g., lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing). This is crucial for managing sales activities and forecasting revenue.

KPI: 

  • Outreach per Week: This tracks the number of outreach activities performed by the Sales Representative each week. 

Number of Deals Closed: This is the most direct measure of a Sales Representative's success in acquiring new customers.

The pay range for this role is:

40,000 - 50,000 CAD per year (Montreal)
