Field Technician

Role: 

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs ATEK's environmental monitoring equipment at customer sites, ensuring accurate data collection and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure environmental monitoring sensors and equipment at customer locations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, either on-site or remotely.
  • Collect and analyze data from monitoring equipment, identifying any anomalies or trends.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of ATEK's equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.

  • Number of Service Calls Completed: This measures the technician's productivity and workload.
  • First-Time Fix Rate: This indicates the technician's efficiency and expertise in resolving issues on the first visit.
  • Sensors installed per week
  • Sensors calibrated per week

The pay range for this role is:

40,000 - 50,000 CAD per year (Montreal)
