About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Recruiter with proven experience managing high-volume hourly and project-based recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys operational recruiting work, and is comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.


What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hourly and project positions, including skilled trades, field, security guards, and other project roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and project teams to understand workforce needs, timelines, and hiring priorities
  • Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate next-step interviews efficiently and at scale
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the company ATS ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Support rapid hiring cycles tied to project schedules, seasonal demands, or ramp-ups
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill hourly roles
  • Coordinate employment offers and onboarding activities
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring volume, and candidate flow
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows
  • Experience supporting security, construction, energy, industrial, or project-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to hourly or project hiring
  • Experience supporting onboarding and workforce mobilization at scale

Qualifications

  • 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume hourly project-based hiring
  • Experience recruiting for operational, field-based, or hourly roles is required
  • Hands-on experience using ATS/HRIS or similar systems  with a strong preference with Rippling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with hiring targets, timelines, and changing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
