Dental Assistant — BioSmile Health

Dental Assistant — BioSmile Health
Central Point, OR · Full-Time · Top Pay for the Right Person

Most dental offices treat teeth. We treat the whole person — and we're looking for a Dental Assistant who feels the difference that makes.

BioSmile Health is a biological, metal-free dental practice in Southern Oregon. We're after a skilled, caring chairside assistant who's also genuinely curious about how dentistry connects to overall health.

You might be our person if you:

  • Are warm, precise, and anticipatory chairside
  • Connect naturally with patients and make them feel cared for
  • Are intrigued by biological dentistry and the mouth-body connection
  • Take pride in doing things the right way

You'll work in a modern, fully digital office with ceramic implants, PRF, Fotona laser, ozone, and CBCT — alongside a supportive team that cares about excellence. Experience is great, but attitude and curiosity matter most. We're glad to train the right person.

What we offer: top-dollar pay for the right person, excellent benefits, great hours, and a practice that's growing and built on doing dentistry differently.

If you want dental assisting to mean something, we'd love to meet you.
