About the role
We’re looking for a highly experienced, multilingual Content Manager to help lead and execute our content strategy across digital channels. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone with deep B2B start-up experience, outstanding editorial skills, and the ability to deliver clear, compelling messaging that drives growth.
You’ll own content across our website, SEO, email, and sales enablement materials—helping define how we speak to prospects, customers, and partners. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, design, support and sales teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, support go-to-market launches, and scale our brand voice globally.
This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of a global content strategy across web, email, SEO, and commercial communications.
- Own website copywriting and structure, ensuring clarity, consistency, and optimization for search and conversion.
- Create, manage, and optimize email content throughout the customer lifecycle, aligned with product and marketing goals.
- Support go-to-market planning and execution by crafting messaging, launch materials, and regional content strategies.
- Write and refine sales and partnership collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and outbound messaging.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all content and markets, maintaining high editorial standards.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contributors (freelancers, translators, etc.)
- Monitor and evaluate content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot, and use insights to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with designers to align content with layout and UX best practices; contribute basic visuals where needed using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe.
- Manage content updates using CMS platforms such as Wix and coordinate with web developers or designers when needed.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in content marketing, digital communications, or brand strategy, ideally within a B2B or high-growth start-up environment.
- Native or fluent English (required), with professional working proficiency in at least one of the following: German, French, Spanish.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that includes website copy, email campaigns, SEO content, and sales/partnership collateral.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate content performance and drive measurable improvements.
- Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to uphold and evolve brand tone across languages and markets.
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing content strategy across web, SEO, email, and commercial content.
- Proven ability to support go-to-market plans, product launches, and regional expansion with tailored messaging and materials.
- Strong project management skills with experience owning content calendars, managing cross-functional inputs, and overseeing freelancers or localization workflows
- Hands-on SEO knowledge, including keyword planning, on-page optimization, and performance reporting using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics.
- Experience developing sales and partner enablement assets, including outbound messaging, case studies, and pitch decks.
- Comfort with basic design and layout tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe) to guide content presentation.
- Experience using CMS platforms like Wix to manage and publish website content.

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 100,000 CAD per year (Remote (Canada))
