Role & Responsibilities

This is a senior-level position at Dreww focused on helping ecommerce brands scale their revenue through full funnel, performance driven strategies. In this role, your mission is to lead paid media efforts while owning the entire customer journey, starting with research and continuing through to conversion, retention, and long term loyalty.

You will be responsible for conducting customer research, developing high-performing ad content, optimizing on-site conversion rates, and managing email marketing strategies, including both campaign-based and behavior-based automated flows. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers while maintaining the lowest possible NCAC and increasing lifetime value (LTV) through a seamless and scalable acquisition system.

You will take full ownership of performance outcomes and be accountable for meeting KPIs tied to CAC, NCAC, MER, AOV, conversion rate, and customer retention.

As a Senior Specialist, Ecommerce Growth & Paid Social Media, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Take full ownership of paid media and growth performance across the ecommerce funnel, from acquisition to retention
  • Conduct customer research to inform messaging strategies, offers, creative direction, and funnel structure
  • Lead the ideation and production of ad creative, including static images, videos, and copywriting for paid social campaigns
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms, with a strong testing and optimization roadmap
  • Build and maintain forecast models that tie media investments to revenue goals and margin thresholds
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and funnel refinement
  • Own and manage ecommerce email marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns and automated flows based on customer behavior
  • Analyze performance data across channels to inform media buying, content production, and funnel decisions
  • Report regularly with clear insights and recommendations to improve performance and guide strategy
  • Collaborate closely with content, creative, and web teams to ensure alignment across touchpoints
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members and freelancers involved in campaign execution or content creation


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in ecommerce growth, performance marketing, or paid social media, ideally within an agency or fast-paced performance-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys, conversion funnels, and how to acquire and retain customers efficiently.
  • Experience building and maintaining financial forecast models tied to revenue and margin targets, with a strong grasp of metrics like NCAC, MER, LTV, AOV, and conversion rate.
  • Proficiency in developing messaging strategies and producing content for paid campaigns, including static ads, video scripts, and offer-driven creative.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong experience with ecommerce CRO tactics, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms, and experience managing both promotional campaigns and behavior-based flows.
  • Experience using first-party data and attribution tools such as Triple Whale or AdBeacon to analyze performance, track customer journeys, and inform media and creative decisions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead strategy conversations and align teams across media, content, and creative.
