- Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce
Timeline for growth…
- 3 months of training, broken down into; 1 month of hands-on boot camp style training & 2 months to prove competencies & memorize presentation scripts
- 6 months as a successful Franchise Business Developer
- 3-4 months as a Senior Business Developer
- Promotion to Director within 1 year to 1 ½ year
Requirements…
- Self motivated and driven
- Proven sales experience
- Outbound cold calling experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Have 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience
- Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business
