Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is hiring a part-time Spa Concierge to join our spa guest services team. This position combines spa front desk operations, guest services, appointment scheduling, retail sales, and facility upkeep. If you enjoy hospitality, interacting with guests, and working in a wellness-focused environment, this is an opportunity to be part of an award-winning resort spa!

What You’ll Do Includes:

• Welcome spa guests, answer questions about spa treatments and amenities, and assist with appointment reservations and scheduling
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spa spaces, including the boutique, relaxation lounge, and other guest areas
• Complete opening and closing duties to prepare the spa for daily operations
• Process spa service payments and retail purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Assist guests with spa boutique purchases, product information, and recommendations
• Restock and merchandise retail products while supporting spa retail sales goals
• Respond to guest needs and service concerns, communicating issues to the appropriate team members
• Provide front desk coverage at the Fitness Desk and assist with other spa operations as needed
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs

Employment Type: Part Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $22 / hour 

Schedule:  Must be able to work weekends and some holidays

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded professional who is at least 18 years of age and brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling, and strong computer and data-entry skills. They are organized, able to problem-solve independently, and remain calm, professional, and welcoming in a fast-paced environment. Spa treatment and product knowledge is a plus.
