THE ROLE
We are seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives to partner directly with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and leadership team across the Executive Office, Family Office, and portfolio companies. This is an intense, high-trust role for a smart, scrappy operator who can think strategically while rolling up their sleeves to execute. You will be deployed into the company’s most critical priorities — from solving complex operational challenges to standing up new initiatives and driving cross-functional projects to the finish line. As the firm’s master generalist, you will research, analyze, and organize information, build systems to bring order to chaos, and deliver clear recommendations that accelerate decision-making. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves at the pace of the Founder, and is relentless in driving outcomes. COMPENSATION
An aggressive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role. Options/equity will be provided to suitable candidates after completion of the first 90 days. This role also provides the opportunity for advancement in role, function and pay.
