While mastery is not required at the outset, rapid learning, technical fluency, and continuous upskilling are core expectations. The company will support your growth through guidance and coaching, and you are expected to actively develop and apply your skills as part of your role.

● Create and optimize Amazon PDP assets, including main images, gallery images, and A+

content

● Adapt creatives for new launches, tests, seasonal moments, and channel updates

● Develop banners, headers, hero visuals, and promotional placements

CRM / Email Content

● Design email layouts based on approved templates and wireframes

● Create campaign headers, promotional modules, product features, and editorial sections

● Adapt assets for flows, launches, seasonal promotions, and retention campaigns

● Ensure mobile-first readability and strong hierarchy

● Support A/B testing variations for CRM performance

TikTok Shop

● Develop TikTok Shop PDP visuals, covers, banners, and promotional graphics

● Adapt product imagery into TikTok-native formats with stronger attention-grabbing visuals

● Create short-form video edits and motion assets for platform use

● Support testing of TikTok-specific main images and product storytelling

DSP / Paid Media

● Create static and animated assets for DSP, Meta, TikTok Ads, and display campaigns

● Adapt creatives into multiple formats and ratios quickly

● Build campaign variations for testing audiences, messages, and offers

● Maintain performance-first design while protecting premium brand image

Creative Execution Responsibilities

● Interpret briefs quickly and turn them into strong visual solutions

● Generate copies with AI

● Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

● Handle multiple SKUs, launches, calendars, and urgent priorities simultaneously

● Recommend stronger layouts, trends, and execution improvements proactively

● Optimize existing assets instead of always starting from zero

● Ensure typography, spacing, composition, and premium aesthetics remain elevated
