Part-Time Security Officer (Level II) – GRAPEVINE & DALLAS, TX AREA

First Responder Protective Services (FRPS) is seeking a dependable, professional Part-Time Security Officer to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is retired, semi-retired, or simply looking for consistent part-time work while continuing to make a difference.

We are looking for an individual with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer service skills, and a professional appearance. If you take pride in being reliable, observant, and representing your employer with integrity, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence.
• Patrol assigned areas and remain alert to unusual activity.
• Monitor the property and help maintain a safe environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Prepare accurate reports when needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow all FRPS and client policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security License.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong observation skills and sound judgment.
• Retired or semi-retired professionals are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Conduct routine patrols.
• Reach overhead and below shoulder level as needed.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the assignment.

Schedule

This position offers approximately 25 hours per week across 4 days.

• 3 days per week (any weekdays)
• 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Every Sunday

• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Uniform

• High Visibility Polo
• Black Pants and black belt
• Black closed toe shoes or boots
• ID Badge
