What You’ll Do
• Recruit across agriculture, logistics, operations, office, and leadership roles
• Visit ag co-ops, schools, trade programs, job fairs, and community events
• Build and maintain strong local talent pipelines
• Interview, hire, and guide candidates through the full hiring process
• Represent Group Solum professionally in both rural and business settings
Requirements
• 3+ years in recruiting, sales, or a people-facing role
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with rural travel
• Agriculture, trucking, or trades experience is a strong asset
