What You’ll Do

Recruit across agriculture, logistics, operations, office, and leadership roles

Visit ag co-ops, schools, trade programs, job fairs, and community events

Build and maintain strong local talent pipelines

Interview, hire, and guide candidates through the full hiring process

Represent Group Solum professionally in both rural and business settings


Requirements

3+ years in recruiting, sales, or a people-facing role

Valid driver’s license and comfort with rural travel

Agriculture, trucking, or trades experience is a strong asset


Full-time | In-person
