This Role Is for You If…
- You were raised on a farm or have deep, hands-on farming experience
- You understand soil health, crop nutrition, and fertilizer programs—not just on paper, but in the field
- You already sell (or have sold) to farmers and know how to earn trust, not just push product
- You want uncapped earning potential and full ownership of your territory
What you'll do
- Own and grow fertilizer sales in the Arthur, ON territory
- Build long-term relationships with growers through trust, agronomic knowledge, and results
- Assess soil conditions and recommend fertilizer programs that improve yield and soil health
- Prospect new customers while expanding existing accounts
- Negotiate pricing and close deals that work for both the grower and LaSalle Agri
- Stay current on crop nutrition, soil science, and fertilizer innovations
- Represent LaSalle Agri at farm shows, grower meetings, and industry events
What we're looking for (Non-Negotiables)
- Farm Background: You grew up farming or have significant hands-on farm experience
- Agronomic Knowledge: Strong understanding of soil science, fertilizers, and crop nutrition
- Sales Experience: Proven success selling directly to farmers in the Canadian ag market
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity and existing relationships in or around Arthur, ON
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and owning your results
- CCA designation: Strong asset
This is not the role if...
- You don’t have real farm or agronomy experience
- You’re new to ag sales or learning fertilizers for the first time
- You prefer inside sales or a highly structured office role

This role is not entry-level. We’re looking for someone who grew up farming, understands soil and crops firsthand, and has proven experience selling directly to farmers. If you don’t know what growers are dealing with in the field, this won’t be the right fit.

- $80,000–$200,000+ annually (base guarantee + uncapped commission)
