What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage data from third‑party laboratory analyses and university‑run trials
- Pull, organize, and interpret agronomic data to support the product team
- Work with researchers, agronomists, and technical partners to validate product performance
- Provide insights that help guide internal strategy, product positioning, and trial design
- Communicate results clearly across departments (science, operations, sales)
- Help build LaSalle Agri’s internal product development capability, transforming raw results into actionable product direction
What we're looking for
- Strong interest in agronomy, soil health, or nutrient science
- Comfortable working with third‑party labs and external research partners
- Able to organize, analyze, and present scientific and field data
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a small team
- Degree in agronomy, plant science, soil science, biology, data science, or related field is an advantage

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 65,000 CAD per year (Watford, ON)
