We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.


What You'll Expect

As a Host, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. You’ll manage reservations, escort guests to tables, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while delivering outstanding hospitality.


What You'll Do

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly; escort them to tables and present menus
  • Manage reservations, seating charts, and floor plans to maintain smooth service flow
  • Keep the host station clean, stocked, and organized; maintain menu cleanliness
  • Provide information about menus, events, and promotions
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as highchairs or seating preferences
  • Complete opening, ongoing, and closing side-work as assigned
  • Follow company policies, health, and safety standards
  • Maintain positive relationships with staff and guests


What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.


What We Require

  • Must be able to work in a loud, smoky environment and adapt to varying temperatures
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
