JSM Living is a local property management company seeking a Seasonal Leasing Agent to support our residential leasing operations during our busiest time of the year. This temporary position runs from early July through late August, with a potential (but not required) extension through September. Key Dates and Availability

• Position runs from approximately July – August 2026
• Must be available to work August Saturdays (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Priority work dates include:
• • Saturday, August 8
  • Saturday, August 15
  • Friday, August 21
• Flexible daytime hours: 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs
• This position is 100% on-site at our Champaign, IL office

What You’ll Do

• Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, both in person and via phone/email
• Assist with move-in day coordination and preparation of materials
• Support key pick-up logistics and related administrative tasks
• Help maintain office organization and cleanliness
• Drive company vehicles for errands, resident services, and key deliveries (must have a valid driver's license)

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, team-oriented, and organized individuals
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• $16/hour, depending on experience
