Position Summary

Kids City is looking for an experienced, proactive, and dependable Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent guest service. This position requires someone who can multitask, work independently, solve problems, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure
• Proactive, independent, organized, and dependable
• Able to handle guest complaints professionally
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification and Food Handler certification as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling
• Train, coach, and support employees
• Handle cash and oversee POS procedures
• Oversee parties, events, and guest reservations
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, emails, and incident reports
• Monitor inventory and operational needs
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Report important updates and concerns to the Regional Manager
• Schedule: 40 hours per week; flexible availability required
