As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a suitably motivated - HR Coordinator - to join our group.

We are seeking an analytically minded, highly organized HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, taking full ownership of our HRIS administration and turning people data into actionable insights through regular data packs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with a couple of years of experience to broaden their generalist knowledge while acting as the department's data and systems expert.

What you'll do

  1. HRIS Administration & System Ownership
    • Serve as the primary administrator for our HRIS platform, ensuring 100% data integrity and accuracy.
    • Manage the digital employee lifecycle within the system, including onboarding, job changes, promotions, and offboarding.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and act as the main point of contact for employee system queries.
  1. HR Data Packs & Reporting
    • Collate, analyze, and build comprehensive HR data packs for monthly and quarterly management meetings.
    • Track and report on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absence rates, and recruitment pipeline activity.
    • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from leadership with clean, well-structured spreadsheets and dashboards.
  1. Generalist & Operations Support
    • Provide first-line HR support to employees, answering queries regarding company policies, leave entitlements, and benefits.
    • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, from issuing contracts to setting up new hire induction schedules.
    • Support the wider HR team with cyclical projects, such as annual performance reviews and training initiatives.

Who you are

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience within a dedicated HR function, ideally with a heavy focus on administration, data, or coordination.
  • Education/Certification: A degree in HR, or a master's degree, or CIPD recognized qualification or currently tracking towards completion of CIPD.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven experience navigating and maintaining an HRIS (e.g., Workday, Rippling or similar).
    • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets to build data packs.
  • Key Attributes:
    • Exceptional attention to detail—you spot data anomalies quickly.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain system processes or data trends clearly.
    • A high level of discretion and understanding of GDPR compliance regarding sensitive employee data.
