On-Site LCSW/LCMHC - Part-Time
MindCare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and experienced LCSW or LCMHC to provide behavioral health services to youth with complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. The clinician will conduct assessments, provide individualized and evidence-based therapy, develop treatment plans, support crisis intervention, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary treatment teams. The ideal candidate will be trauma-informed, compassionate, and experienced in working with children and adolescents.
Location: onsite, Pleasant Hills, NC
Hours: P/T, up to 20 hours per week (weekdays)
Compensation: negotiable
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments, identify behavioral health concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on each youth’s clinical needs.
- Utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor and document youth progress, treatment outcomes, and changes in clinical presentation.
- Provide crisis intervention and support youth experiencing acute emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, case managers, educators, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
- Communicate effectively with youth and families regarding treatment goals, progress, and recommendations.
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with community providers and other appropriate resources.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Advocate for the behavioral health needs and overall well-being of youth.
- Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, professional standards, facility policies, and organizational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW or LCMHC license in North Carolina.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Experience with assessment, treatment planning, individual/family therapy, and crisis intervention.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with youth, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic approaches.
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
