A Little About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, with experience crafting effective, growth oriented digital marketing campaigns.


Your Mission

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition. Your responsibilities will include:


Performance Marketing Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including search (SEO/SEM), social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance targets aligned with business goals.
  • Continuously refine and optimize the performance marketing strategy based on data insights and market trends.
  • Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.


Reporting and Presentation:

  • Generate and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all marketing materials align with the brand voice and messaging.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.


Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired performance outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates on budget utilization and adjustments needed based on campaign performance.


The First 90 Days

By the end of the first 90 days, you should have a solid understanding of the company, its operations and its market positioning. You will have met with key stakeholders, analyzed prior campaign performance, developed a strategic customer acquisition plan and began its implementation.


Orientation and Onboarding – Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's mission, vision, and values, while reviewing existing policies, procedures, operations manual, and familiarizing themselves with the brand, understanding the market positioning and value proposition, and auditing existing campaigns.

Strategy Development – Develop a comprehensive customer acquisition plan that is aligned with the goals for the next fiscal year. Define clear KPIs and performance targets, and begin initial campaign setup, working with the marketing team.

Campaign Setup and Reporting – Roll-out initial campaigns and develop and present performance reports to the GM, and leadership.

Your Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.

Language: Fluent in English (written, verbal) with French as an asset.


Nice-to-haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
