Position Summary:
● Carry completed plates and dishes from the the kitchen to appropriate guest table
● Ensure guests have all the the service ware appropriate for their meal
● Use proper drop off description- responsible for delivering food to the appropriate guest seated at the table
● Make the guest aware of any hot plates to ensure the customer’s safety
● Ensure the table received the correct order and replenishes anything that is missing
● Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team
● Clear and sanitize tables for the next party.
● Maintain and restock service areas, restrooms, and expo areas.
● Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and guest areas.
