The Role

We’re looking for a Registered Occupational Therapist to guide and mentor our OT/OTA team, oversee therapy processes, and provide leadership in more complex member situations. As our Clinical Lead OT, you’ll support the clinical foundation of Mud Club. You’ll train and mentor the therapy team, oversee contracts and progress reporting, manage membership changes, and step in for complex cases. You’ll also help design and support 1:1 therapy plans to ensure member’s journeys feel intentional and supported.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical training, mentorship, and scheduling oversight for OTs and OTAs
• Oversee contracts and complete documentation, including progress reports
• Manage membership changes, including adjustments, pauses, and discharges
• Maintain accurate caseload rosters and improve therapy team processes
• Develop and support individualized 1:1 therapy plans, including OTA supervision
• Address complex member and family inquiries with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

• Registered OT in Canada with leadership/supervisory experience
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage complex cases
• Comfort supporting both individual and group-based therapy delivery
• Skilled at mentoring, supporting, and aligning a therapy team
• An enthusiasm for play, creativity, and gaming as tools for growth

• Have led gaming groups, esports teams, or online communities.
• Have skills or experience with virtual reality (VR)
• Are skilled at weaving fun into structured goals — making play both exciting and purposeful.
