Position Summary:

As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator at Nettwerk, you will manage influencer marketing strategies for our artist roster, overseeing the entire process from research and vetting to negotiation and payment processing. You will build and maintain a comprehensive influencer database, stay abreast of social media trends, and act as the primary contact for influencer-related activities. Your role includes collaborating with third-party marketing agencies, executing targeted strategies for campaigns, and identifying real-time trends to enhance social media moments for artists. Additionally, you will run fan accounts to strengthen artist-audience engagement. We seek an experienced music enthusiast with a background in influencer marketing, creative content, and social media management.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and build relationships with influencer agencies and influencers on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms, sourcing relevant influencers for specific campaigns

  • Manage third-party influencer platforms and database relationships while developing and maintaining an internal influencer marketing database.

  • Run and manage fan accounts to boost engagement and foster a strong connection between artists and their audience

  • Researching influencer databases for superfans to serve as moderators for fan accounts

  • Join calls with respective artist and community teams as necessary

  • Develop influencer marketing strategies for relevant / priority releases

  • Manage influencer marketing spend and budget, overseeing negotiation and payouts 

  • Measure and report the effectiveness of current influencer marketing campaigns 

  • Identify and monitor trending sounds and campaigns across all platforms, conceptualizing on how artists can participate

  • Create internal resources such as platform, sound, and trend reports to share with wider team

  • Support the digital marketing team with various tasks as needed


Role Requirements:

  • 1+ years in music marketing, social media marketing, or influencer marketing role

  • Strong understanding of all digital platforms and best practices as they relate to influencer and content strategies 

  • Organized self-starter with excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Existing relationships in the influencer space across multiple verticals

  • Experience with conceptualizing and executing influencer marketing campaigns

  • Experience with negotiation and budgeting, awareness of current posting rates

  • Ability to identify and communicate relevant trends and high sound usage in real time

  • Must be self-motivated, adaptable, flexible, and have the ability to prioritize numerous projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight or changing deadlines

  • Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative to problem solve

  • Creative-minded with an interest in analytics and data analysis

  • Immersed in the digital marketing and social media landscape with understanding of current trends

  • Knowledge of label and current artists

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 55,000 CAD per year (Remote - Canada)
