About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver customer-focused IT support across our AU/NZ/UK business units. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting staff both onsite and remotely across multiple business units and regions. You will play a key role in improving IT support services across the organisation, working closely with other regional support teams to deliver a consistent, efficient and high-quality user experience aligned to business needs.
What you'll do
- Provide end user IT support (in-person and remote) across all business unit locations.
- Develop and continuously improve service management processes.
- Maintain accurate information of IT assets, systems, and services.
- Create and maintain support documentation and self-help resources.
- Manage hardware and software lifecycle (purchase, setup, replacement, disposal).
- Manage, monitor and optimise software licenses.
- Troubleshoot basic infrastructure issues (network, servers) and escalate when required.
- Support collaboration technologies, including meeting room A/V, V/C, and events.
- Assist with incident response and business-critical issues.
- Work collaboratively with IT team members and service providers.
- Contribute to IT budget planning and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and support audits.
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong customer service focus with a professional and approachable manner.
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in IT, including 5+ years supporting modern. end-user environments (Windows 11, macOS, Active Directory, Entra, M365, MDM).
- Experience in a compliance-heavy industry is desirable.
- ITIL 4 certification is desirable.
