About Pear Suite
Pear Suite is an early-stage digital health company building software for community-based care. Our care navigation platform equips community health workers, doulas, care navigators, and the organizations that support them with tools to collect, visualize, and act on social determinants of health data. We help community-based organizations, health systems, and government-funded care programs deliver more coordinated, person-centered care.
Why Pear Suite?
We’re a mission-driven team committed to health equity and innovation in community-based care. You’ll thrive here if you’re eager to take initiative, value autonomy, and enjoy building structure where none exists. Join us to build scalable, human-centered technology that empowers frontline workers and improves lives across the U.S.
About the role
Community-based care is undergoing a structural shift. Across Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, and community health programs, more funding—and more accountability—is moving toward the teams closest to patients. Pear Suite is building the software infrastructure that helps organizations operationalize that work.
We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to own full-cycle sales across the organizations leading this shift, including community-based organizations, health systems, federally qualified health centers, and county and government-funded community health programs.
You’ll build pipeline, run discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and close your own book of business with a high degree of autonomy. You’ll work directly with the Head of Partnerships and play a meaningful role in shaping Pear Suite’s go-to-market strategy, territory approach, and sales playbook.
What you'll do
Build and manage pipeline
- Identify, prioritize, and develop target accounts based on buyer readiness, market developments, policy changes, funding opportunities, and organizational need.

- Run structured discovery to understand buyer priorities, workflows, decision criteria, and urgency.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Pear Suite to each buyer’s operational, financial, and care-delivery goals.
- Qualify opportunities rigorously and build momentum across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Close and transition business
- Own the commercial process from solution scoping and proposal development through negotiation and contract execution.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to address product, technical, security, procurement, and contracting requirements.
- Transition closed accounts cleanly to implementation and customer success.
Shape our market approach
- Bring customer feedback, market intelligence, and product gaps back to company leadership.
- Help strengthen territory plans, outbound playbooks, messaging, and sales collateral.
