Based in Australia, this leadership role provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Executive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level strategic counsel to the COO on global administrative matters, cross-border logistics, and the seamless integration of the Manila operational hub.
  • Oversee the end-to-end offshore workforce lifecycle, including third-party agency management (KMC), performance frameworks, and professional development.
  • Manage financial planning and budgeting for international cost centers, including salary reviews, seat costs, and workforce forecasting.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedural guidelines to ensure operational consistency and policy compliance between Australian HQ and the international hub.
  • Coordinate offshore infrastructure and IT services to ensure high standards of security, efficiency, and business continuity.
  • Represent the organisation in high-level negotiations with global vendors and at international forums to promote corporate workforce policies.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Extensive experience in senior administrative or operational management, ideally within a cross-border or international context.
  • The ability to navigate complex resource management issues and provide clear, strategic solutions.
  • Comfort managing budgets, seat costs, and financial reporting across different currencies or cost centers.
  • Exceptional skills in managing third-party service providers and remote teams.
  • The ability to influence at the Executive level and lead teams across different cultures.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the international footprint of a growing organisation. You will have the autonomy to drive operational efficiency and the support of an Executive team that values strategic innovation.
