As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll be one of the first people our customers turn to when they need help, and many of them are developers and technical pros themselves. You’ll own customer issues from first contact to resolution: troubleshooting API integrations, explaining how our products work, and making complex answers feel simple. We’re counting on you to respond quickly, resolve issues accurately, and bring what you learn back to the team so our documentation, products, and processes keep getting better. This role is a great fit for a curious, steady problem-solver who enjoys learning new technology and takes real satisfaction in leaving every customer thinking, “Wow, that was easy.”

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Orem, UT. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

What you’ll do:

• Provide timely, accurate technical support to customers through written and verbal channels
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve product, configuration, and API integration issues
• Guide customers through technical details using your knowledge of JavaScript (ECMAScript) and our API-based products
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to customers with a wide range of technical backgrounds
• Document issues and resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles and help documentation
• Escalate product defects and complex issues with clear reproduction steps and supporting detail
• Deliver occasional customer presentations and product walkthroughs
• Collaborate with teammates to share customer insights and improve how we support customers
• Build deep expertise in our products and stay current as they evolve

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Some experience with programming languages, especially JavaScript (ECMAScript)
• Familiarity with APIs and web technologies (REST, JSON, HTTP) is a plus
• Able to learn new technical concepts quickly
• Strong written and verbal communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys learning and growing with the company
