You'll crush this role if you have 5+ years of experience in high-volume service of process, with deep expertise throughout California and a strong understanding of its rules of civil procedure. You have a proven track record of leading a service of process dispatching or fulfillment team — you know what it takes to build accountability, develop people, and drive results through others. You're comfortable tracking and reporting on KPIs and you've used that data to coach your team and close performance gaps. You're also experienced with platforms like LegalConnect, ServeManager, GreenFiling, or similar SOP and e-filing tools.
