This role is a initial 6 month contract, working full time from home but you must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

You'll sit inside our CREATE Team, reporting directly to our Global Creative Director, with all the work happening right here in Thailand. Your job: team up with Partnerships to cook up creative that's bold, fast, and impossible to scroll past — the kind of idea that wins the pitch before the deck even ends.

You live and breathe Thai social media. You spot what's about to blow up before it does, and you turn that instinct into a hook, a concept, a campaign — something that actually stops the thumb. A dash of strategy helps, but this isn't a strategist's chair; it's a creator's seat.

Every idea gets checked against our global creative bar, so what you make here holds up anywhere. On the side, you'll get to flex on our own social channels and give feedback on creator-made videos and scripts for live campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch Creative Development

• Partner with the Partnerships/Business Development team to develop outstanding, trend-driven creative ideas for client pitches
• Translate current social media trends and the platform landscape into original, attention-grabbing creative concepts
• Develop strong creative hooks and social-first ideas that make a pitch stand out from the first look
• Help build and shape creative pitch decks that quickly capture client interest
• Ensure all creative output meets global creative standards

2. Trend & Platform Understanding

• Stay closely tuned to current social media trends, platform features, and content formats, especially in the Thai market
• Bring a strong understanding of local culture and audience behavior to inform creative direction
• Act as a social-first, trend-leading voice within the team

3. Light Support on Existing Work (as needed)

• Provide occasional input on the company's own social media content
• Review creator-produced videos or scripts for concepts on ongoing client campaigns
• Support existing creative concepts as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a social media-focused creative role (e.g. Creative, Content Creator, Social Media Creative) within a social media agency, brand, or organization with a strong social media / local culture background
• Proven ability to develop trend-driven creative ideas and hooks that grab attention on social platforms
• Strong understanding of the Thai social media landscape, local culture, and current trends
• Comfortable presenting and pitching creative ideas within the team and, when needed, to clients
• English at a working, communicable level 
• Hands-on experience producing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Experience with TikTok Shop / social commerce content formats
• Working proficiency in an editing/design tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva) for reviewing or refining creator-submitted content
• A light strategic mindset, able to connect creative ideas to campaign or business goals (not a dedicated strategist role)
