About the role
What you'll do and what we're looking for:
Zuora Expertise and Configuration
1. **Zuora System Setup and Configuration**
- Expertise in setting up and configuring Zuora environments to support subscription management, billing, and financial operations efficiently.
2. **Product Catalog Configuration**
- Ability to configure and manage Zuora's product catalog, including complex pricing models and discount strategies.
3. **Customization and Workflow Automation**
- Skills in customizing Zuora to fit business needs, including custom fields, workflows, and automation rules.
Integration Proficiency
1. **Shopify Integration**
- Experience in integrating Zuora with Shopify, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality between e-commerce and billing systems.
2. **ERP Integration**
- Proven ability to integrate Zuora with ERP systems, facilitating coherent operations across finance, inventory, and customer management.
3. **API and Middleware**
- Strong knowledge of API development and middleware solutions for connecting Zuora with various systems and ensuring data integrity.
