About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead our client service teams, delivering exceptional e-commerce and digital solutions. This role involves project oversight, team coordination, and timely, on-budget execution. As a key member of our consulting service line, you will work closely with technical teams and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • On-time Delivery: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Scope Development: Develop detailed project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Resource Management: Ensure proper allocation of resources and maintain availability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Planning: Create and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and meet milestones.
  • Change Management: Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedules, and costs.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure project performance using systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment with project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks to minimize their impact.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and clear communication across all parties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the digital or e-commerce sectors.
  • A strong educational background, ideally in Computer Science or tech-related fields.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in digital consulting or e-commerce projects.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Jira.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is highly preferred.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
