Job Purpose:
To drive significant growth in Tidal Commerce's market share within the e-commerce industry by acquiring new enterprise-level clients (logos) and expanding Tidal's presence in both D2C and B2B sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate enterprise markets, focusing on D2C and B2B sectors.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise logos, emphasizing long-term relationships and strategic partnerships.
- **Revenue Growth**: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing new business and upselling to existing clients.
- **Market Expansion**: Lead efforts to expand Tidal's footprint in the e-commerce domain, leveraging the company's comprehensive solutions suite.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.
- **Customer Insight**: Provide strategic insights into customer needs and market trends, influencing product and service offerings.

- Strong network within the e-commerce industry, especially in D2C and B2B sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
