About the role

The Full Stack Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, modernizing, and implementing comprehensive technical solutions tailored to client needs. This position combines expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native design, and security best practices to create scalable, efficient, and secure systems. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, resolve critical technical challenges, and set architectural standards, driving innovation and excellence across the project lifecycle.


What you'll do

  1. Solution Design and Architecture:
    • Develop comprehensive solution architectures, including Business Process, Data Model, System, Sequence, and Process Flow Diagrams.
    • Establish, enhance, and communicate architecture standards and best practices, focusing on full-stack development
    • Create architectural blueprints and technical specifications tailored to complex business requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal security teams to incorporate front-end, back-end, and cloud security best practices.
  2. Issue Resolution and Optimization:
    • Resolve critical issues such as application and performance problems efficiently.
    • Ensure robust system performance, scalability, and security across all solutions.
  3. Project Leadership:
    • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers and engineers, through the complete project lifecycle.
    • Work effectively as part of a team and independently to achieve assigned goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years in a development or support organization, with a focus on web portals and customer-facing applications
  • 5+ years of experience with full-stack technologies, including React.js, Node.js, REST API, .NET Core, .NET Framework, or Java
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as AWS Lambda, AWS ECS/App Runner, API Gateway, and S3
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management integrations, such as JWT/OAuth
  • Proven expertise in modernizing legacy applications
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and verbal skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Experience working with agile teams and methodologies, especially in globally distributed environments
  • Proficiency across the full project lifecycle, with a development/systems background
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams across multiple countries and companies
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in self-service portal architecture
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Broad understanding of cloud-native software design and implementation using containers and microservices architecture
  • Experience with migrating .NET applications to .NET Core or React.js

Educational and Certification Requirements

  • Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. BEng in Technical)
  • Preferred: Certification in AWS or other cloud vendors
