AACA is a Nonpublic School (NPS) serving students ages 5 to 22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs. Our mission is to provide individualized instruction and therapeutic support to help each student reach their fullest potential in a structured, compassionate environment.
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This individual will provide expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), develop effective behavior intervention plans, and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in implementing evidence-based strategies. You must be caring, patient, and dependable to join our team at AACA. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-3:30PM.
