AACA is seeking a fulltime Behaviorist (BID) to work with students facing a wide variety of developmental challenges. The behaviorist is responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and strategies to support the students. We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision. The primary goal of this role is to promote positive behavior, social skills, and emotional well-being among students, thereby creating a conducive learning environment. The Behaviorist will collaborate closely with the BCBA, teachers and other service providers. We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health concerns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with students
-Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting behavioral data to inform intervention decisions. -A deep understanding of and empathy for the challenges faced by students with special needs and their families.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support for students.
-Adherence to professional and ethical standards in behavior analysis and education.

The pay range for this role is:

45 - 45 USD per hour (AACA Antelope Valley)
