About the role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in driving the design and user experience of our internal platforms. Your primary focus will be collaborating with our teams to understand their workflows and requirements deeply. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop innovative and intuitive design solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and significantly boost productivity.
What you will be working on
Pushing the boundaries of conventional design to deliver innovative and beautiful solutions while researching and creating new patterns.
Continuous product discovery, including surveys, customer interviews and usability testing. You will become an expert of our customers’ problem space enabling you to design the best solutions.
Working closely with our CTO, Design Lead and PM within a cross-functional team - you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic initiatives and championing exceptional design.
Contributing and shaping up our design system and visual language.
Joining our merry band, expect to travel to Greece monthly.
About You
5+ years of experience in senior individual contributor design roles, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
Professional experience in fast-paced, iterative design environments with a history of high shipping velocity.
Proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and product management teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing top-notch design solutions from concept to completion, with a keen eye for visual detail to ensure the creation of beautiful and engaging user experiences.
Experience with the latest design patterns, processes, and tooling (e.g., Figma).
Experience with C-Level Executives. Proven experience working with senior executives, both internally and externally, is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
