About the role
AgelessRx's Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming our marketing measurement strategy by establishing a robust attribution framework across our entire marketing suite. The Marketing Analyst will ensure proper campaign set-up, leveraging server-side tracking, and implementing best practices to generate reliable and actionable data insights. Additionally, the Marketing Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to translate data insights into strategic business decisions, empowering the company to optimize campaigns, retain users, and maximize ROAS.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, a proven track record of translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations, and a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
What you'll do
- Design and implement a comprehensive measurement roadmap, incorporating all marketing channels (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, display, social, email etc.)
- Work closely with marketing and engineering teams to integrate marketing data with internal systems for a holistic analysis of the customer journey and cleanse and transform marketing data for accurate reporting and analysis
- Ensure UTM parameters are utilized consistently and effectively for campaign measurement
- Partner with the Marketing team to define campaign goals, KPIs, and target audiences
- Organize and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and formulate actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Maintain marketing dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into short-term and long-term marketing impact, including the ability to demonstrate the correlation between upper funnel and lower funnel outcomes
- Provide support for budget planning and allocation based on market analysis and campaign performance and assist with ad hoc analytical requests and special projects as necessary
- Maintain a current understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities from product sales analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Statistics, Business, Economics, Math)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field
- Proven track record of 3+ years designing and implementing attribution strategies and models
- Proficiency in full funnel measurement methods; econometric modeling a plus
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign measurement best practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience with server-side tracking solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Stape)
- Experience with marketing data platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, DMPs)
- Exceptional knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup and analytical reporting
- Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (PPC)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
The pay range for this role is:
95,000 - 105,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
