Albers is expanding rapidly and building the people, systems, and industrial capacity required for sustained growth. We are headquartered in McKinney, TX, with precision manufacturing operations in Grand Prairie, TX and Tucson, AZ; a specialty metal coatings facility in North Richland Hills, TX performing hard anodize, chem-film, and chromate finishing for customers; specialized container operations in Accident, MD, Hayden, ID, and Amarillo, TX; and additional engineering and aircraft-modification capabilities in McKinney. Our culture is warfighter-first, team-oriented, accountable, and committed to delivering value without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Albers Aerospace is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop customer relationships and grow opportunities across our industrial manufacturing, specialty metal coatings, and specialized container businesses. This individual will identify, qualify, support capture of, and help close opportunities with U.S. Government customers, defense prime contractors, and commercial aerospace partners requiring precision manufacturing, specialty metal finishing, complex subsystem integration, and purpose-built storage and shipping solutions.
The Business Development Manager will manage an assigned opportunity pipeline from early customer engagement through contract award. Working with operations, engineering, contracts, finance, pricing, quality, and business development leadership, this individual will translate customer needs into executable solutions and coordinate compliant proposals. The role represents the full breadth of Albers capabilities while focusing on precision manufacturing and specialized containers.
The ideal candidate combines practical aerospace and defense business-development experience with the speed, initiative, and hands-on accountability required in a rapidly growing small business. We need a collaborative relationship builder with sound business judgment and a warfighter-first mindset who follows disciplined growth practices without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
