About The Role:

We are seeking a Data & AI Strategy Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact consulting engagements. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery experience and the ability to engage confidently with senior clients. You will help clients define their Data & AI ambition, translate it into clear strategies and roadmaps, and support execution through well-structured programs of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client engagements and work-streams, owning outcomes, risks, and quality of delivery
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on Data & AI vision, priorities, and investment decisions
• Work with the project lead to guide enterprise Data, AI, and GenAI strategies aligned to client business objectives and industry context
• Support the development of strategic visions, target operating models, and phased roadmaps for implementation
• Ensure contractual deliverables are met or exceeded, maintaining high standards of quality
• Contribute to capability building within the Data & AI strategy community
• Develop points of view, thought leadership, and intellectual property in Data, AI, and GenAI strategy
• Analyze data to generate insights that inform strategic recommendations
• Craft compelling executive narratives, presentations, and board papers that influence decision-making
• Translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear, business-focused messages

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience delivering Data & AI strategy engagements within a consulting or professional services environment  (Required)
• Demonstrated success operating in high-paced, client-facing roles with senior stakeholders (Required)
• Strong understanding of market, industry, and technology trends impacting Data & AI
• Solid baseline understanding of Data & AI platforms and technologies, including cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Practical experience with data visualization, analytics, and storytelling tools
• Exposure to AI and GenAI concepts, use cases, and delivery considerations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - English proficiency required
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex problems into pragmatic solutions
