Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Manager, Learning & Development to join our rapidly-growing company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively and to grow within the organization.. What You’ll Do:
Implement and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with our organizational and talent needs
Identify current and future capability gaps across the organization, proposing and designing learning initiatives to address
Refine new hire onboarding to facilitate stronger introduction to the company and faster ramp periods.
Ideate and roll out leadership development programs, such as, but not limited to: People Leader Development, Emerging Leaders, etc.
Ensure company wide understanding and buy-in of our company mission, vision, and product through company wide training.
Partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of business needs and create training programs in alignment with organizational needs
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other educational sessions
Manage training sessions for employees, both individually and in groups, using lecture, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or other formats
Develop and implement learning plans and strategies to address these gaps
Support the development and implementation of career development programs
Coach and mentor employees to enhance their skills and career growth.
Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness
Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes
Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and policies.
Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and best practices
What You Need:
Must have 5 years of experience in Learning and Development within a hypergrowth technology startup
Prior experience within a technical technology space, such as AI, data, security required.
Experience in designing and implementing employee development programs
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS such as SkillJar)
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and employees.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
