Summary
Anaconda is seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager focused on Business-to-Consumer (B2C) user acquisition and retention. This role is pivotal in scaling our user base and driving revenue growth for Anaconda’s products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing data-driven growth strategies, using insights to optimize the entire user journey and building high-impact marketing campaigns that accelerate user growth. Experience in data science, acquisition marketing, product positioning, product roadmap strategy, and customer insights are all big pluses.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop hypotheses and test strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue across various channels, including organic, paid media, email, and in-app messaging.
- Design and manage A/B tests to optimize conversion rates, onboarding experiences, and user engagement.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to build predictive models, segment users, and execute targeted marketing initiatives.
- Craft product positioning and messaging for new feature launches and product updates to drive user engagement and growth.
- Create content (emails, blog posts, video scripts) in partnership with content and creative teams to drive traffic, engagement, and adoption.
- Define and track key growth metrics, including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), activation rates, and user engagement.
- Report on the effectiveness of growth experiments and campaigns, iterating based on insights and data.
- Ensure alignment with Product Marketing and Product Management on target segments, growth priorities, and product positioning.
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, or a related field, focusing on B2C user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategies, including proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap) and running A/B tests.
- Expertise in optimizing marketing funnels and executing multi-channel growth strategies.
- Proven success in scaling user acquisition and engagement for SaaS products through innovative growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Technical understanding of data science and familiarity with tools used by data scientists and developers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
