About the role:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimising the company’s core operational functions, including facilities management, policy governance, IT operations, cybersecurity, and SaaS application management.

This role ensures the organisation operates efficiently, securely, and in compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

The Operations Manager plays a key part in strategic planning, risk management, and creating scalable operational processes that support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive environment that supports employee wellbeing.
• Manage building maintenance, vendors, office fit-outs, utilities, and workplace safety.
• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide operational, IT, security, and related policies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy compliance across all departments.
• Manage IT operations including vendors, MSPs, hardware procurement, connectivity, and asset inventory.
• Oversee cybersecurity and physical security, ensuring strong protection and incident readiness.
• Optimise SaaS systems (usage, renewals, cost), lead cross-functional improvements, and implement scalable processes supported by KPIs and operational dashboards.

Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in operations, facilities, IT, or security management roles.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, scaling environments where systems and processes are being built from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, IT fundamentals, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to write, maintain, and enforce organisational policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
