Key Responsibilities

  • You develop a deep understanding of our customers and the market. You represent their needs, wants, and ways of thinking internally and turn our product strategy into a product they love.
  • You facilitate the planning and prioritization of product increments with customers, internal stakeholders, and your cross-functional squad consisting of an engineering lead, senior software engineers, and a designer.
  • You make sure the agile product processes and culture in and around your squad are outstanding: stage-adequate, constantly improving, relying on best practices, and as good as it gets.
  • You execute and drive launches to elevate our product.
  • You increase our use of data for decision-making, including projecting the business value and utilization of planned product increments and verifying them post rollout.
  • You inform and challenge Atlas Metrics’ product strategy and roadmap.
  • You regularly ask for feedback and facilitate internal and external mentorships.


Requirements

  • Expertise in product management: You have 3-5 years of experience in B2B Product Management, 2+ of which on a comparable product (B2B SaaS, 5-digit contract value, FinTech/HRtech/LegalTech). You have a proven track record of developing, launching, and maintaining complex software products, along with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. And, of course, you are experienced in and regularly conducting user research.

  • Leadership and teamplay: You inspire people to reach the extraordinary. You have exceptional communication skills. You work collaboratively, consider what’s best for the team, and cherish diversity and inclusion.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: You are results-driven and thrive in a startup environment. You have a strong understanding of core business priorities and KPIs.
  • You’re fluent in English. German is a big plus.

Location

Strong preference for candidates to work from our Berlin office, spending 3 days per week on-site; however, a remote setup (within ±3 hours CEST) is also considered.
