Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to define partnership strategies and integrate them into the company’s overall business plan.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives that align with Atlas Metrics’ growth objectives and mission.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships with industry leaders, technology providers, and sustainability-focused organizations.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful partnership integrations and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor partnership performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize partnership programs for maximum impact.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the ESG and sustainability space.


Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in consultancy, partnership management or business development, including 1+ years in B2B SaaS or sustainability-related industries.
  • You are a strategic thinker: Ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with long-term business goals.
  • You are a relationship builder: Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • You are results-driven: Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and drive partnerships from concept to execution.
  • You are adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and can adjust strategies as needed.
  • You have strong communication skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: Experience in ESG, sustainability, or related fields. Existing network in relevant industries (e.g., finance, technology, sustainability). Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.


Candidates must be fluent in German and English.


Location

We are a remote-first company. You can either work out of our headquarters in Berlin or remotely. Choose the setup that works best for you. Remote locations should be within +/- 3 hours of CET time. We regularly get together at co-location weeks to strengthen a great culture across geographies.
